HOW TO ORDER
You may call us to place your order or just ask us questions about our quality products. We can be reached at  760-535-2259 . You may also email us. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
At this time shipping charges are calculated at the time we process the order in-house. It will NOT be calculated on the website. It WILL be added to the order once it ships. If you need an estimate, please call or email with your order # so we can assist you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipments are sent via the fastest and most economical way, usually USPS or FedEx. Some large items which weigh more than 100lbs cannot be sent FedEx and may be sent by truck, freight collect. Charges on truck shipments will be paid to the driver when they are delivered. (Special Air shipments, which deliver your order in 2-4 days, are available on nearly all items for an additional cost over the regular shipping charge. Please call for details before ordering.) Shipping and handling charges do not apply to Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO's, FPO's and international orders. Please inquire about these rates in advance.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
We package all shipments with the utmost care. In the event a package arrives damaged, note any damage at the time you sign for it or even refuse the package. In case of damage discovered later, keep all parts and packaging for inspection by the carrier. Any errors or shortages in shipping must be noted to us within 5 days of receipt.

PRICES
We attempt to hold prices, but have no control over changing monetary rates, material costs or shipping costs. Therefore, we must inform you that the prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, notify you of any significant increases as soon as possible. You will be notified as soon as possible if the order you placed cannot be completed at the price on the website.

BACK ORDERS
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back orders and shipped immediately when available. We try to avoid back orders and will notify you of any significant delay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At G Spec/Quality Performance Parts, we value your business and would like every customer to be satisfied with each purchase. Please do not send parts back without calling or emailing us for a Return Authorization Number in advance. All returns must be made on a prepaid basis. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days, unused, in its original box for a prompt and courteous refund, exchange or credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In certain cases a restocking may be applied. Some special order items may not bet returned for credit or refund. Electrical items that have been plugged in will not be returned.

WARRANTIES
All merchandise distributed by G Spec/Quality Performance Parts is only subject to the manufacturers guarantee, if any. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. All claims must be directed to the proper manufacturer with a duplicate to us. Warranties do not apply to improper use or installation of any merchandise. There is no guarantee, either expressed or implied, on any lights, light bulbs, electrical parts and engine parts.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS
This catalog contains many items which are designed to improve the looks or performance of your automobile. The rules regarding the use of some, or all of these items may vary from state to state and even from city to city. Because we offer these items for sale to potential buyers everywhere, we cannot be certain of the lawfulness of the use or installation of any given item in your particular area.

SPEEDOMETER ACCURACY
G Spec/Quality Performance Parts offers items that may affect the accuracy of the speedometer. Every effort is made to disclose the exact difference, but in certain cases it must be verified on calibrated equipment not available with us.

RIDE QUALITY
G Spec/Quality Performance Parts offers items that may change the ride and handling characteristics of a vehicle from stock. Included in the changes may be ground clearances and the projection area of the headlights. Every effort will be made to disclose those differences, but in some cases adjustments may need to be made at additional cost not included in the installation price.
